Frodo Bolson is a hobbit and he have the ring and he has to take it ti a volcano to destroy it, but the Sauron was not leaving destroy. The Frodo's friend help to Frodo.

The ring only destroy when the ring fire in the volcano of Sauron, but the Sauron live it and is very difficult went and destroy the ring, in the finalizes movie, Frodo destroy the ring but Gollum ate the finger it.

The end, after four years Frodo Even the wounds hurt him and it he goes away with gandalf.

Aragorn II a.k.a. Strider, Elessar Telcontal, Dunadan, born in T.A. 2931, is a member of the Fellowship of the Ring. At the age of two after his father’s death he was taken into the care of Elrond in Rivendell. He doesn’t know his real name and the elves call him Estel, which means

Frodo Baggins, born on September 22, 2968 T.A., is the key figure of J.R.R. Tolkien’s fantasy trilogy "The Lord of the Rings". Like the other hobbits from the Fellowship of the Ring, he dwells in the Shire. Frodo is the only son of Drogo Baggins and Primula Brandybuck. Not much is known about his father, who is characterized by Gamgee as "a decent hobbit; there was never much to tell of him, till he drownded". As to his mother – the youngest daughter of the Brandybuck’s – it is known that she was Bilbo Baggins’ cousin. Bilbo, a respectable hobbit, is undoubtedly well-known not only from "The Lord of the Rings", but also from "The Hobbit".

What is the plot?

An ancient Ring thought lost for centuries has been found, and through a strange twist in fate has been given to a small Hobbit named Frodo. What special effects were there?

The Lord of the Rings film trilogy used many groundbreaking practical and digital visual effects. The first film has around 540 effects shots, the second 799, and the third 1488 (2730 in total).[1] The total moves up to 3420 with the Extended cuts. 260 visual effects artists worked on the trilogy,[2] and the number would double by The Two Towers.[3] The crew, led by Jim Rygiel and Randy Cook, would work long and hard hours overnight to produce special effects within a short space of time, especially with Jackson's overactive imagination.
